Make America Healthy Again was recently trending on Twitter, so I decided to tweet my thoughts about it.
Then I realised it would make for a great first blog post on this website, lol.
So what should you include?
1) Animal fats ONLY. Tallow, lard, butter etc.
2) Meat from large ruminant animals, ideally. Beef, lamb.
etc.
Meat has all the nutrients we need.
There is no need for organs.
TLDR? Go carnivore.

His channel is where I got all my carnivore diet knowledge from.
He is an actual scientist who's been studying nutrition for longer than I've been alive and has three advanced research degrees.
